Acid Forming Foods
Foods that form acid are foods that are generally not really good for your health at all.
When you make a lifestyle habit of eating acid forming foods eventually you’re going to have symptoms of acidosis and there are quite a few of them too.
Alkaline forming foods are the foods that are generally good for you, mainly because your entire life process depends on you being slightly alkaline, or salty.
Acid forming foods demand that your body take on the task of neutralizing those acids and the only way it can do that is to activate an immune response, triggering inflammation and releasing calcium and magnesium from your bone and teeth.
Eating acid forming foods all the time can really tax your mineral and nutrients stores.
Once these acid forming foods have depleted most of your minerals, it will become almost impossible for your 60,000,000,000 cells to communicate electrically, plus this also inhibits your cells abilities to absorb vitamins.
Having a state of acid imbalance, or acidosis also decreases oxygen and invites anaerobic organisms (breathe carbon dioxide) to thrive.
Bacteria that cause ulcers as well as viruses and fungi can only survive and grow in an acid body.
You may think if you have too much acid in your body that taking antacids would help . . . actually they make it worse. Antacids, especially Proton Pump Inhibitors (PPIs) are notorious for causing bones and teeth to thin, weaken and break.
You simply can’t fool Mama Nature . . . you always end up paying a hefty cost later on, one way or another.
Acid forming foods are things like high fructose corn syrup, white flour, hydrogenated (Trans fat) oils, animal protein, especially cow’s milk and other dairy products. In fact cow’s milk is 87% casein, a type of animal protein they make glue out of.
The animal protein is one of the worst culprits of acid forming types of food, that and sugar.
It is well documented that acid forming foods increase the risks of degenerative and inflammatory diseases like diabetes, heart disease and cancers.
Alkaline forming foods are rich in ‘ionic’ minerals, which act as electrolytes conducting cellular signals, increasing oxygen and attracting vitamins into your cells.
Acid forming foods draw you nearer to death, whereas alkalizing foods help heal.

Indigestion Relief
Indigestion relief and eating right go hand in hand. Indigestion isn’t caused from any one food more than it is simply from over eating and lying down on a full belly.
It is no secret that the Western pattern diet and it’s ‘food pyramid’ were both designed to sell food, not nurture or preserve optimum health.
There are super foods, good foods, neutral foods and poor foods. The Standard American Diet (SAD), promotes mostly ‘sad’, poor and neutral foods at best.
The result is millions of Americans are looking for digestive relief every day. Fact is 65% of Americans are overweight and about 37% are obese because of foods laden with empty calories, food additives and sugar.
All of these processed food types from super markets and fast food franchises tax the body of vital enzymes, vitamins and minerals, which leads to indigestion and poor health.
In fact indigestion is a symptom of poor diet and failing health.
When seeking relief for indigestion, be careful not to take any antacid gimmicks that cover your symptoms . . . that isn’t real relief. Real relief means your indigestion isn’t going to spring up again or get worse. Antacids have been proven useless and in fact are suspected of making indigestion symptoms eventually worse.
The best way to relieve indigestion is by resorting to eating less, but more often and eating more raw plant-based foods that will alkalize your inner terrain.
The SAD diet depletes you of enzymes, vitamins and their co-factors like potassium and magnesium. Cooked foods require that you make your own enzymes to break down the food into nutrients. Raw plant-based foods carry their own enzymes thus saving yours.
Relief for indigestion is simple but it takes commitment and courage to make the needed dietary and lifestyle changes. Don’t wimp out for the temporary kind of relief, simply cure your indigestion and optimize your health too.
Drinking half your weight in ounces with naturally alkaline water is a great way to improve digestion and relief digestive issues, just be sure to only drink fluids in-between meals to conserve digestive juices . . .that goes for fruits too, it best to eat them in-between meals.

Symptoms of Acid Reflux Disease
Acid reflux symptoms are your body/mind’s attempt to communicate with you to help prevent a possible disease from happening.
When you allow a state of stress, discomfort and dis-ease to consume your every waking moment it’s only because you stopped reading the writing on the wall.
Taking drugs to cover-up your body/mind’s signs and symptoms is no different than white-washing over that writing on the wall. The writing appeared upon this “proverbial wall” so you would take heed and pay attention to a message.
Symptoms of acid reflux disease are the same as clues to help you find the cause of your suffering. Think of that Intelligent Design which is your miraculous “biological you” and its having a communication issue with the distracted “worldly you.”
The worldly you is the part of you that’s kept distracted by all the clamor and clatter your 5 senses are constantly picking up from your “outer” environment. The symptoms of your acid reflux are a cry for help, a plea for you to pay attention to the goings on “within” you.
. . . So you’re too busy to listen to your own body/mind trying to tell you not to eat so late at night, trying to tell you certain foods don’t mix well, trying to tell you it’s on your side.
When you pop antacids to relieve your acid reflux symptoms you are telling your body/mind to shut-up. This isn’t a healthy relationship to have with your miraculous healing self.
It’s exactly this type of bad behavior that leads to your acid reflux symptoms getting worse until it’s a problem or disease.
If you had a crying baby would you put duct-tape over its mouth or would you care for it and find out why it is crying?
Silly question isn’t it?
Of course you would care for the child and if it didn’t cry out you would have never known it was time to change its diaper, feed it or just give the child some genuine love.

Obviously the cause of your dis-ease is the same cause of your acid reflux symptoms.
The cause of any disease is rooted in your losing touch with your inner own healing voice . . .
So be willing to listen to your own inner healer and perhaps one day you will be able to do more than help heal yourself of acid reflux symptoms and disease . . . perhaps someday you will help remind someone else they have the power to choose healing too.
