Natural remedies for acid reflux aren?t hidden in some ancient Tibetan Monastery far atop the Himalayan Mountains. It?s right here at your local Farmer?s Market.

For thousands of years these natural remedies for acid reflux, heartburn and acid indigestion have been passed down generation to generation.

That?s what people do, they live, they learn and they pass the good, time-tested information down to their children and grandchildren, it?s only natural.

That?s what a natural remedy is. There is more science, more evidence and credibility in a natural acid reflux remedy passed down from your grandparents than all the pharmaceutical research spending in the world could match.

This whole pharmacopeia, drug based, medical culture of death we live witness to these days is an abomination. It?s something that has good roots, but is a rotten branch that no longer bears any sweet fruit. The branch of medicine called the Western Medical Practice has perverted the wisdom of the ages.

From what I?ve seen, if Big Pharma can make apples illegal without a prescription, just to keep you on antacids which will never cure your acid reflux, they will.

Sounds preposterous, but I?m telling you it?s truer than you think.

Codex Alimentarious is one example where the World Government, through the disguise of humanitarian policies, is trying to control your food and medicine. If they have their way all your natural acid reflux remedies will be banned.

More than 106,000 people die from properly administered drugs every year in America . . . no one dies from natural remedies. Yet the agencies that control our scientists and doctors want everything that cures, treats and prevents dis-ease to be tested as a drug and licensed as a drug.

Acid reflux is a symptom of an underlying imbalance, usually triggered from the Standard American Diet (SAD), which they claim is a balanced diet. Fact is, it is balanced only to serve Big Food, Big Agri and Big Chem and crush the small family owned co-ops, farms and industries that made America great in the first place.

Your antacids are a fake product manufactured by corporate opportunists that would ban free information sources like this blog and . . . they will if you let them.

The tobacco companies are held responsible for the harm they caused, while generating billions of dollars of profit. So why no hold Big Pharma or other global opportunists responsible when they make bogus and harmful products? Why not hold antacid companies liable for lying to the public and selling a product for acid reflux that makes acid reflux worse?

The current policies enforced against natural remedies for acid reflux declare that ?Only drugs can cure, prevent and treat.? Why then don?t drugs cure, treat and prevent anything???

Bottom line, no one in this country can sell you a natural remedy for acid reflux, only because someone ?labeled? acid reflux as a dis-ease. Therefore making it illegal for anyone to help cure you, treat you or help you prevent acid reflux with a natural remedy and make any money doing so.

Foods For Acid Reflux

It’s not hard to find foods that cause acid reflux they’re all around you, everywhere you drive, walk or shop. You can’t help but see a food billboard, a food sign or even pick up a food advertisement on the radio or TV that’s selling you on eating out.

Who doesn’t like to eat out? It’s convenient and sometimes even fun. Fact is you end up paying for your fast food pleasures in more than one way.

People who eat out a lot are prone to more health problems, especially acid reflux and related food caused dis-ease.

Truth is acid reflux isn’t always caused by the food you just eat as much as the food you’ve been eating all along. Sometimes the food you just eat is like the last straw that breaks the camel’s back.

So eliminating a few foods to avoid acid reflux attacks isn’t as easy as it seems. If you eat healthier foods more often you could enjoy a piece of pizza or that pasta dish once in a while, it wouldn’t matter.

So just giving you a list of foods for acid reflux isn’t what you need. You need to know what eating habits cause your acid reflux so you can get rid of it for good.

It’s a scientific fact that when you remove the cause of anything it can no longer have an effect. Your acid reflux is an “effect,” you just need to find the cause and address it properly.

Curing acid reflux with food doesn’t need to be rocket science.

Some people suffer from acid reflux from eating foods that are missing necessary nutrients, minerals and cofactors they need to support proper digestion. Heartburn, acid indigestion or acid reflux, whatever you want to call it, it’s still just a simple digestion issue.

Most people end up making a mountain out of a molehill because instead of addressing the cause of their acid reflux problems they add to them.

One way of making them worse is to take antacids. The Swedish scientists proved to the world that antacids are useless- they’re nothing but a money making gimmick.

The sad thing is if you take antacids for your acid reflux, you’ll never get around to changing the foods and the eating habits giving you acid reflux in the first place.

I suppose if someone sold a pill that prevented drunkenness people would just drink more alcohol, but that doesn’t change the fact that alcohol is bad for your health.

Same goes for taking medicine to block your acid reflux symptoms. You’re just ignoring the reason you have acid reflux . . . just because your “symptom free” doesn’t mean you’re healthy.

The solution is to NOT eat anything you’ve been eating and drinking. Start over by eliminating everything at once and then add only real healthy foods throughout the day.

Do your due diligence and discover which foods deliver health benefits, like optimum digestion for starters. Get some probiotics, enzymes and ocean minerals in you. Look into a plant-based diet high in raw foods from plant sources.

The largest animals on the planet eat plants and lots of them too. Copy nature, return to your roots and change your life the right way.

Don’t just trick yourself by eliminating this food and that food, you’ll be popping pills and chugging gallons of medicine doing it that way. To reverse your acid reflux stop eating the foods you’ve been eating, stop eating the amounts of food you’ve been eating and change the time of day you eat foods too.

Reverse your food and dining habits and you’ll reverse your acid reflux dis-ease.

Antacids: Their Effect On Stomach Acid

It?s estimated more than 6 million people in the US habitually take antacids.

The fear is that these antacids cause more harm than good, internally bleeding is only one of the adverse effects of taking these stomach acid products.

Generally, most people have the misunderstanding that these anti-stomach-acid gimmicks somehow protect the stomach. Instead they can cause an extreme amount of harm.

Researchers of Stanford University revealed those people eating antacids and H2-blockers actually experienced more than DOUBLE the serious gastrointestinal problems than people who took plain sugar pills (placebo).

The Great Antacid Cover-Up

Frankly, the health issue is also an ethics issue simply because millions of people are treating symptoms of acid indigestive problems in an attempt to cover them up, instead of seeking effective treatments.

This misleading advertising and selling of over-the-counter antacids encourages people with stomach acid problems to delay addressing the root cause until the digestive issues worsen.
