Diet for Acid Reflux

The Standard American Diet (SAD) leads to acid reflux. It?s time for the SAD to be HAD . . . the Healthy American Diet (HAD) is the opposite of everything most Americans are doing now.

If you suffer from acid reflux and you want to reverse your acid reflux before it becomes a fully fledged dis-ease, you need to reverse your SAD diet.

That?s why I call it the Healthy American Diet (HAD), because it offers everything you need to prevent, treat or cure your acid reflux, heartburn or gastroesophageal reflux dis-ease (GERD).

Acid reflux is from consistently eating the same standard things that most Americans eat.

So if you suffer from acid reflux and feel the dis-ease, you are NOT alone. The symptoms of overeating unhealthy foods is nothing new, it?s been around sense the beginning of time, ever sense people began eating.

The problem is American food corporations (Big Food) have made an art of creating dietary dis-ease.

Acid reflux is a dietary dis-ease.

You?re not the only one who was raised to eat a ?square? meal 3 times a day. The reason the American Medical Association (AMA) is so rich and powerful is because Americans have been stuffed with lies and slowly led to slaughter.

Leaving your two choices:

1) You can get a life-time membership with your local Disease Care Management system

2) Step away from the SAD plate and turn a new leaf eating the way nature intended.

If you are experiencing acid reflux or know someone who is the worst thing you can do is blame yourself.

It?s NOT your fault.

Sure, maybe you eat too much and you eat the wrong things, but you can?t help it.

The Standard American Diet (SAD), Big Food and the federal regulatory agencies that condone these atrocities upon humanity are the ones to blame.

Waiting for the world to change its ways isn?t going to reverse your acid reflux and the dis-ease you suffer from. It?s going to have to be all up to you from now on to take back control of your diet and help cure yourself naturally . . . unless you?re comfortable going down the road you?re going down.

Your so-called ?square? meals are the foundation of your acid reflux and ill health. The Healthy American Diet (HAD) is all about eating an ?unbalanced? diet limited to only foods that are actually good for you and because they are hard to find these days, unless you grow your own garden, you?ll eat less too. If you eat 50% bad food and 50% good food that?s a balanced diet. The sad thing is most people eat 90% bad food and 10% good. So that?s why the Healthy American Diet (HAD) is unbalanced, but tipping the scales toward the good.

Your acid reflux won?t get better without your determination to make positive diet changes.

Try it. Eat less, more often. Try 5 or even 7 meals a day. Keep em small and nutritious and only eat when you?re hungry, but don?t eat until you?re full . . . always leave a little space for hunger. If you do this your acid reflux will disappear and you?ll have more energy and feel better.

Your SAD diet caused your acid reflux dis-ease and distress , so if you HAD it with being sick and tired, try the new Healthy American Diet and kick your acid reflux to the curb once and for all.

Acid Reflux And Diet

Acid reflux begins and ends with your diet.

The Standard American Diet (SAD) is partly to blame for the pandemic of the degenerative health issues that plague our country.

People have been misled to believe if they eat a balanced diet that everything will be alright. On top of that, the whole SAD industry of food delivers the final death blow with chemicals and toxic additives.

The mass manufacturing of processed foods that make up the Standard American Diet (SAD) is slowly deteriorating the health of people, young and old.

If you just consider the US Recommended Daily Allowance (RDA) is based on what is nutritionally acceptable for rodents, human health and wisdom has a long way to go.

Leading scientists agree that calorie restriction can help significantly increase lifespan and overall health.

Calorie restriction is NOT a balanced diet.

Degenerative dis-eases like acid reflux are triggered from eating that stereotypical balanced diet.

Americans are literally starving from a nutritional deficiency, even though they consume more food stuff than any other nation. The empty SAD calories are missing the minerals, nutrients and cofactors because of poor farming practices, sterile soils and over processing.

Where there was once abundance there is now less than nothing. What is less than nothing? The answer is anything negative or harmful to your health. ?Nothing? would be neutral, but the so-called food in America is poisonous, worse than nothing would be.

America?s food is riddled with excito-toxins like aspartame and monosodium glutamate and saturated with refined oils that are toxic, like canola oil and corn oil, which trigger inflammation and add to toxicity levels. Not to mention artificial flavors, dyes and preservatives.

Acid reflux is a dis-ease caused from chronic deficiencies, namely ?ionic? minerals, enzymes and plant based nutrients. If your cells are deprived, your organs will be weak and if your organs are weak your immune system will be vulnerable to being over burdened.

Your acid reflux is a result of poor diet.

The first step to improving your health and reversing your acid reflux is to take on an ?imbalanced? diet. You need to stop eating the wrong foods, cut them out of your diet completely. This means calorie restriction, which is all about eating only enough of the good foods to strengthen your mind/body energy levels.

Over eating robs you of energy, especially when you?re eating unhealthy foods that are poisonous to your cells, organs and well being.

Eat an unbalanced diet that is made only of healthy foods rich in plant based proteins, beneficial fats and natural ?ionic? minerals.

Treatments For Acid Reflux

Treatments that block or even ignore symptoms of acid reflux can end up inflaming a simple case of heartburn to fully fledged throat cancer, unless your careful.

When treatments for acid reflux fail the acid reflux continues to force its way passed your lower esophageal sphincter, eventually allowing the sensitive throat lining to be scarred from stomach acid.

This scarring can lead to your throat cells mutating into cells resembling your stomach cells. This is a desperate act of your body’s built-in intelligence to try and adapt to a caustic situation in order to prolong life.

There conventional treatments for acid reflux merely cover-up the symptoms, yet do nothing to remove the root cause of your acid reflux.

So be careful in selecting any so-called treatments and if you chose any of the conventional acid reflux treatments be sure to always get a second and third opinion. You do not want to get stuck taking any treatment for any extended length of time.

Treatments are not cures and are only useful for short periods of time.

Acid reflux treatments typically start with sodium bicarbonate and water and when the antacid formulas leave you wanting more relief you can up-grade to a more dangerous treatment called proton-pump inhibitors. These treatments are powerful chemical ?inhibitors that block your body’s ability to make stomach acid. In a sense you’ve declared chemical war against the most intelligent biological system in the world, your body’s automatic healing system.

(Oh, by the way, you better be absolutely sure you don’t already suffer from a stomach acid deficiency- ask your doctor to double, triple check first.)

This can have dire consequences if you don’t have a compassionate and nutritionally educated health care practitioner working to get you off conventional acid reflux treatments a.s.a.p.

Proton pump inhibitors (PPIs) are notorious for causing acid rebound, which is a medical condition created entirely from these by man-made “treatment’ drugs.

Acid rebounds are symptoms of proton pump inhibitor addiction.

Other treatments are relative to the severity of your acid reflux symptoms and generally depend on how long you’ve been taking antacids and proton pump inhibitors (PPIs).

Hiatal hernia is associated with chronic acid reflux and some of the treatments are complicated surgical procedures. Another stage of dis-ease caused from ignoring the signs of acid reflux is gastro-esophageal reflux disease. This is a life threatening health concern that is treated with drugs simply because medically speaking, they claim there is no cure.

Medically speaking, means according to conventional, Western practice. You could say conventional medicine is biased toward treatment and against curing. There are natural remedies, which are un-patentable because they are “natural,” but have been proven to be very effective at reversing acid reflux and even gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD).

Why opt for failed treatments when there is a natural cure waiting for you to discover?

When gastro-esophageal reflux disease (GERD) is treated rather than cured, cancer can be the result. Treatments for throat cancer are harsh and are the most dangerous of all the treatments.

Certainly prevention is the best and only real treatment for acid reflux, GERD or cancer.

That’s why being nutritionally literate is so smart, knowing what remedies to take is the best way to treat any health concern, especially something like acid reflux.

Treat your acid reflux with one purpose, to help eliminate the cause without ignoring the symptoms. That way you will make the best of conventional medical wisdom and ancient time-tested cures and go beyond temporary treatments.

Foods For Acid Reflux

It’s not hard to find foods that cause acid reflux they’re all around you, everywhere you drive, walk or shop. You can’t help but see a food billboard, a food sign or even pick up a food advertisement on the radio or TV that’s selling you on eating out.

Who doesn’t like to eat out? It’s convenient and sometimes even fun. Fact is you end up paying for your fast food pleasures in more than one way.

People who eat out a lot are prone to more health problems, especially acid reflux and related food caused dis-ease.

Truth is acid reflux isn’t always caused by the food you just eat as much as the food you’ve been eating all along. Sometimes the food you just eat is like the last straw that breaks the camel’s back.

So eliminating a few foods to avoid acid reflux attacks isn’t as easy as it seems. If you eat healthier foods more often you could enjoy a piece of pizza or that pasta dish once in a while, it wouldn’t matter.

So just giving you a list of foods for acid reflux isn’t what you need. You need to know what eating habits cause your acid reflux so you can get rid of it for good.

It’s a scientific fact that when you remove the cause of anything it can no longer have an effect. Your acid reflux is an “effect,” you just need to find the cause and address it properly.

Curing acid reflux with food doesn’t need to be rocket science.

Some people suffer from acid reflux from eating foods that are missing necessary nutrients, minerals and cofactors they need to support proper digestion. Heartburn, acid indigestion or acid reflux, whatever you want to call it, it’s still just a simple digestion issue.

Most people end up making a mountain out of a molehill because instead of addressing the cause of their acid reflux problems they add to them.

One way of making them worse is to take antacids. The Swedish scientists proved to the world that antacids are useless- they’re nothing but a money making gimmick.

The sad thing is if you take antacids for your acid reflux, you’ll never get around to changing the foods and the eating habits giving you acid reflux in the first place.

I suppose if someone sold a pill that prevented drunkenness people would just drink more alcohol, but that doesn’t change the fact that alcohol is bad for your health.

Same goes for taking medicine to block your acid reflux symptoms. You’re just ignoring the reason you have acid reflux . . . just because your “symptom free” doesn’t mean you’re healthy.

The solution is to NOT eat anything you’ve been eating and drinking. Start over by eliminating everything at once and then add only real healthy foods throughout the day.

Do your due diligence and discover which foods deliver health benefits, like optimum digestion for starters. Get some probiotics, enzymes and ocean minerals in you. Look into a plant-based diet high in raw foods from plant sources.

The largest animals on the planet eat plants and lots of them too. Copy nature, return to your roots and change your life the right way.

Don’t just trick yourself by eliminating this food and that food, you’ll be popping pills and chugging gallons of medicine doing it that way. To reverse your acid reflux stop eating the foods you’ve been eating, stop eating the amounts of food you’ve been eating and change the time of day you eat foods too.

Reverse your food and dining habits and you’ll reverse your acid reflux dis-ease.
