Reflux Pain

The fourth stage of throat cancer is acid reflux pain and inflammation. As with any health problem be it acid reflux or cancer, it all starts with the loss of cellular energy and gets worse from there.

To heal your acid reflux pain the first thing you need to do is go directly to the root cause of it all . . . no matter what stage your at.

The loss of cellular energy happens when the natural mineral balance of your body becomes acidic.

So if you think your acid reflux is isolated to a stomach acid problem, you just don’t see the big picture. The environment or terrain of your tissue is where it all starts and ends. Your tissue includes your blood, bones and flesh.

In order for you to live a long and healthy life your body tissue has to keep a delicate balance between alkaline and acid called pH.

This pH scale starts at zero, near where you stomach acid is. In fact any pH reading below 7 is considered acid . . . your stomach acid reads around pH 2.

In order to avoid acid reflux pain and inflammation your pH needs to stay between 7.25 and 7.4, which isn’t acid at all. Truth is all your organs need this slightly alkaline pH.

Only your stomach acid and urine should have an acid pH.

Did you know your urine is really dirty blood? It’s acid because it’s full of acid waste. Too much build-up of acid waste means your dehydrated, lack ionic minerals and therefore you are losing cellular energy.

Once you start down this path acid reflux pain and inflammation can’t be far behind.

After loss of cellular energy, metabolism slows, toxins build-up, stress begins to affect normal organ and tissue function, then the pain and inflammation kicks in.

If the root cause of your acid reflux pain isn’t addressed, eventually the flesh lining of your sensitive throat begins to degenerate, actually becoming stiff and leathery, more like the lining of your stomach.

The pain of your acid reflux increases because your throat isn’t made to resist the strong acid pH level of stomach acid . . . the final stage is where the tissue inside your throat begins to mutate and literally becomes the same as your stomach lining.

The pain of acid reflux isn’t limited to just the burning sensation of stomach acid erupting where it doesn’t belong . . .the pain comes from the degeneration, stiffness and mutating cells it ultimately causes.

The final stage of ignoring the cause of your acid reflux pain is throat cancer and then . . . your risk of death increases greatly.

The moral of the story is to never ignore the cause of your acid reflux pain and as you know taking antacids is the same as ignoring the real cause- antacids don’t cure the root cause of acid reflux pain . . . in the end they make it much worse.

Hemorrhagic Gastroenteritis Information

Hemorrhagic Gastroenteritis (HGE) is a terrible disease that strikes dogs, usually younger and small bred dogs.

Hemorrhagic Gastroenteritis can be deadly, but it is not contagious.

Parvo in DogsMedically speaking they don’t know what causes Hemorrhagic Gastroenteritis. It seems to be related to a reaction to toxins produced by bacteria. Hemorrhagic Gastroenteritis creates an increase in the permeability of the intestinal lining and a leakage of blood and proteins into the bowel.

The bacteria Clostridium perfringens is normally found in decaying plants, marine wastes and soils. In the United Kingdom and United States, C. perfringens bacteria are the third-most-common cause of food poisoning from processed meats, especially those found in dog food.

Generally Hemorrhagic Gastroenteritis can be prevented by heating food at or above 165.2 degrees Fahrenheit. Hemorrhagic Gastroenteritis takes hold within 6 to 24 hours of ingesting contaminated food.
The symptoms of HGE and parvovirus (CPV) are similar, except with HE there is no fever or low white blood cell count. It seems chronic dehydration is the most dangerous part of having Hemorrhagic Gastroenteritis, that’s why replacing fluids and potassium intravenously and oral hydration is important.

If your dog has bloody vomit or diarrhea, even if it’s a tiny amount, get your pet to the vet ASAP.

It’s interesting to note that if the internal terrain of the dog is balance, recovery from eating fainted food will be fast. Bacteria can’t thrive in an environment or terrain that is well hydrated and maintains an alkaline pH because bacteria need an acid pH to live.

If you get treatment fast mortality rates drop to fewer than 20%, otherwise death is almost certain and about 15% of dogs will experience a relapse.

Whether the cause is bacteria or viral or even parasitic doesn’t change the fact that none of these harmful organisms that may be the cause of Hemorrhagic gastroenteritis can thrive in an alkaline pH environment . . . I use Japanese coral tea bags or Ionyte drops to treat my dog’s water. Alkaline water is higher in oxygen and minerals where as acidic water is the opposite.

Foods To Prevent Acid Reflux

To prevent acid reflux you need to avoid certain foods, but also keep in mind when you eat, how much you eat and what foods you mix can also have a huge harmful effect or benefit as well.

  • Never eat until your full. Eat more often, but smaller portions.
  • Always have your last meal at least 3 hours before lying down or sleeping.
  • Never drink while you eat, it dilutes your stomach’s digestive juices. When you learn to drink ‘good’ naturally alkaline water between meals (about an hour before eating) you’ll digest food better and eat less.
  • Try not to eat your carbs before your meats. Your stomach needs to use full strength stomach acid on the meat and fat first.

To prevent acid reflux never eat fruit with your meals, eat fruit in-between.

Some of these foods listed won’t trigger your acid reflux symptoms when eaten alone, like lemon in your water, but will when eaten with other food groups.

Everyone is different, different stress levels, different habits and tastes . . . everything you do needs to be re-evaluated if you really want to prevent or cure your acid reflux issues.

Here are some of the foods you’ll avoid preventing acid reflux:

  • Fruit: Orange juice, lemonade, grapefruit juice, cranberry juice and tomato juice (most of these have high levels of high fructose or refined salt that make acid reflux worse.
  • Vegetables: Fried foods and raw onions.
  • Meat: Ground beef, marbled steak, chicken nuggets, chicken wings.
  • Dairy: Sour cream, milk shakes, ice cream, cottage cheese, pasteurized milk.
  • Unsprouted grains: Mac and cheese, pasta with sauce.
  • Drinks: Alcohol, coffee, tea, sweetened soft drinks
  • Fats/oils: Hydrogenated-trans fats, saturated animal fats, canola oil, vegetable oil, corn oil.
  • Sweets: High fat baked goods, brownies, milk chocolate, doughnuts, corn chips, potato chips.

Foods that do not promote an alkaline pH on your body will produce an acidic pH, which is bad for your entire body. To prevent acid reflux try to eat more raw vegetables and eat less meat, try grass fed meats they have less saturated fats.
